“Great !!”
We ooked on line so were really pleasntly surprised at thi classy hotel. The staff is super friendly and efficient. Ammenities first class. The indoor outdoor pool a real treat. Gerry and Judy

the Sheraton Dorval Airport Hotel is a first class operation. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, Staff very friendly and efficient the dining room has gourmet type cuisine. . My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will return !!
“Good but its too hard to get their”
In general the hotel is good, but because of the constructions, you can spend easly 2 hours to reach the hotel
“Nice place as you would expect”
Typical of a good hotel everything was fine....with one exception, the bed was way too soft. I typically like a soft bed, but this was sore back soft.
“Be careful when you check out”
I chose this hotel because it is Sheraton. The room is clean, close to the airport, and airport shuttle works 24 hrs. However, I would like to say just one thing. When I check out in the early morning, they tried to charge a restaurant fee on my visa card even though I have never been to the restaurant in the hotel. Please be careful when you check out very early morning in a hurry.

“PARKING NOT INCLUDED!”
We had stayed at the Best Western across the street and had a much better choice there. You have to pay over $14 for parking per night, they do not offer breakfast, nor do you get free internet (all of which were available and free at Best Western). Big name, good service but you don't get any of the perks.
“Setting meets expectations, service does not . . .”
The setting met my expectations for a Starwood property, although there is nothing close by (typical of an airport hotel location). The staff is somewhat unpleasant to deal with.
