“Great stay, but minor quibble...”
Great front desk service. Breakfast included in room rate was nice light buffet. Room was clean and comfy. Even though there was a wedding party same weekend, it was quiet. Only quibble is that it is a two story building with no elevator for the elderly or infirm to use. My elderly parents had to walk up stairs because they won't stay on ground floor for security purposes. Hotel should publish that on their web page. My wife and I would definitely stay there again...
“Even the breakfast was good”
The room was comfortable and clean. Other than the small TV (when compared to today's standards), the fixtures were modern. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful. I can't ask for more from an hotel designed for the busy traveller. The free morning breakfast offered a good variety and the coffee was better than most. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn as we have before and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

“Not Bad but not near the airport either”
The hotel is not a dive but not close to the airport either.
“Socks in my Bed”
Overall, I was impressed with the hospitality of the front desk workers. However, when I woke up the morning after my first nights stay, I found a pair of someone else's socks in my bed. We did not receive any sort of refund or even an apology from the manager. They did change all of our bed linens, but it was too little to late, as I had already slept on dirty sheets!
“Old hotel, small room, small bed!”
This hotel has a great location for visitors to Montreal's west island area (Pointe Claire, Kirkland, and Pierrefonds). The location was the only good part. The entire facility is old, the rooms were small and the beds were small and uncomfortable. Also, they could have been sound insulated better. All we heard throughout our stay in the room was other doors slamming shut!
