“Good Place to Stay”

My cousin and I stayed three nights here in March. Great location and facilities. It was worth the extra $10 for the balcony and kitchenette. The rooms and pool were clean. Having a concierge and convenience store in the lobby was an unexpected surprise. The onsite restaurant was inexpensive and good. It served breakfast and lunch until 5pm. Easy beach access was across a busy street. A large grocery store was a few blocks towards town. 50 Cents got us to Centro in minutes. This is a nice off beach motel style destination.

“Would go back in a heart beat!!!”

All in all I was very satisfied with this hotel and the overall experiance! Plenty of water for drinking and the AC worked the whole time! Good tv, great staff, only let down was a malfunctioning toilet and really not a big deal..just had to take the back of the thing off and drop the stopper down....very clean toilet front and back i may add! Staff was great..pool was great, room was great!! Very clean and the location was awsome...close to big markets and the beach. When i go back to Pv I will stay at this hotel for sure!

“good value”

Our family stayed hear over Christmas 2006. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even with their limited english and our limited spanish, they satisfied all our needs. The beds are hard! We had a room over the office beside the street and it was quite noisy. We never did eat at the restaurant, as it had limited hours, but the bar next door was excellent for food and drinks. Hotel location was great for trips into town, north to beaches and to the airport. Many small and large shops and good places to eat all within walking distance. We would stay here again.

we were sent there by a taxi service and liked the rooms .we have sent others to stay and thier stays were also very good.the staff also helped some friends of ours find a place late in the day at a good hotel

“Great for the price”

Basically the hotel is just fine. If you're looking for something cheap, clean, located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, this hotel does the job. I picked this based on the price and wasn't disappointed. By no means a great hotel, but if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night or two, this should do the job just fine.

“Decent Modest Hotel”

Decent hotel for a good price, only real complaint was that it was pretty noisy because of the addition they are building.

“Not bad for the price”

Not bad for the price. Short ride to the airport. Decent walk into downtown. Not "right across the street from the beach" like originaly thought. Room was very clean though.

“Not impressed for what I paid for”

The hotel is small and quite, but there is no service at all. The rooms don't have phones, and only certain places have wireless internet. There is really nothing close to the hotel, but you enjoy walking and doing everything on your own this the place to go.

“scary hotel”

we stayed at this hotel to extend our vacation by two days, afterward we stayed in a 5* for a week. this hotel has no beach or view what so ever, is a long walk from the downtown and is in a kind of scary neighborhood, maybe if you were fluent in spanish it would not have been so scary but we are pure gringo tourists. we ended up in what had to be the worst room in the hotel, very very noisy, the door had an open screen at the top that let in all lobby noise all night long. i would not reccommend this hotel or stay in it again.

“won't go back”

This is the only actual hotel we have stayed at in Mexico, so we don't really have anything to compare it to, but we will not stay there again. We had to put our room key in a small box on the wall for the electric to work and when we left the room we had to take our room key with us, of course, so the electric would go off. When we would return the room would be burning up because the air conditioning would go off, but I think we were one of the lucky ones to have an air conditioner. We are very lucky we only stayed one night or our trip would not have been that good. The pool did look nice and the hotel was right off the main road which made it easier for walking to get to things. I didn't see any bugs, so that is a plus.
