"Very nice hotel. Amazing breakfast buffet!"
Staff were accommodating except for only having the water in the lobby out until 9 pm. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

"Great hotel"
We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is mid sized, very close to the castle and a short walk to Charles' Bridge and into the old town, Jewish Quarter etc. We liked the quiet location but it was close to walk most places and on the tram line and close to an underground station. We loved the hostel decor which some might think is over the top but it was all in excellent condition and well maintained. Our standard room was lovely, albeit small. Staff were mostly very friendly and provided good information. Breakfast was the usual range but good quality produce and well presented (ie yogurt, fruit etc in individual ramekins). Thescrambled eggs to order were presented very nicely, with chives, mushrooms and cheese, were hot and tasted great. We'll definitely return and would stay here again.

"Great hotel in Prague"
Spent two nights in Prague at the Mandarin and loved it. While there were less expensive choices, the Mandarin is still an excellent value as they deliver a quality product. I would definitely stay here again. Great location .

"Nice hotel, nice price"
Booked this hotel for my girlfriends birthday. Nice modern style hotel. Rooms were nicely decorated, staff were all helpful. We had issues with water on the top floor, which they explained was an issue with pressure in the area. They made other arrangements for us to shower in the spa for the first night then moved us the following day. Breakfast was okay, enough food and choice for us. 10 minute walk into the center of Prague, but plenty of small bars/restaurants close which were cheap. They left my girlfriend a rose/wine for her birthday which was a nice touch. All in all, great weekend away on Prague. We would stop at this hotel again

"Great option for staying outside the inner city"
This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well. Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk. The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked. If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!
