"Lovely comfortable hotel, centrally located"
We had a lovely stay, hotel very comfortable, staff pleasant and helpful. It was very hot when we were there so the executive suite was well worth the extra and would recommend this. Spa pool small but great for a relaxing downtime after sightseeing. Food in hotel was good, breakfasts had everything imaginable.

"Great option for staying outside the inner city"
This hotel is in excellent condition. Its comfortable, quiet and outside the hustle and bustle of inner Prague. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only bad thing about the room was the shower was a little on the small side. A small inconvenience given the price of the hotel. The breakfast was really good and hearty. Scrambled eggs and the standard european fare - breads, cold cuts, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, fruits, etc. The restaurant was nice as well. Warning - there is a nice walk to the metro station. Its not that bad, really. But for people that aren't prepared for a nice walk, be forewarned. I'd say its a 15-20 minute walk uphill going to the station. You can catch a bus a little closer but that's still a decent walk. The hotel receptionist(s) all spoke good English and were friendly. The only person that wasn't very friendly was the lady that kept the breakfast area stocked. If you've never been to Prague, please be sure to keep plenty of pocket change for the toilets and the metro. For some reason, the Metro only accepts coins. You can get a 24 hour ticket for about 110 kr. Also, if you drive or have a rental car, parking is plentiful and free at the hotel!

"Nice hotel, however, a fair walk to Market square"
We thoroughly enjoyed our Stay at the hotel, the only complaint that I would have would be the cost of the bottled water in our room as well as the cost of the buffet breakfast, fortunately, grocery store and bistro just down the street took care of all our needs.

"A nice hotel with an excellent location"
After unforeseen circumstances beyond their control. The staff were very professional and helpful in explaining what happened and were very apologetic. We were made to feel very welcomed and enjoyed our stay. The location was approximately 5 minutes walk from I.P Pavlova which has good links to the airport and also the tram service( No. 22) to the Old Town and Prague Castle. Lots of authentic restaurants nearby and most importantly cheap bars to drink beer. Overall an excellent hotel which is highly recommended.

"Ridiculous value for money"
Expecting nothing given the price we were quoted for a "4 star hotel" (which undercut even the cheapest hostel in England), we were rather pleasantly surprised that this hotel did indeed satisfy real 4 star standard. Of course the cheap room rates were complemented by additional luxuries (most importantly breakfast) being quite expensive but they've got to make money somewhere I suppose (*). The metro station is literally next door, inside a shopping centre that also holds a supermarket (Spar) for more affordable groceries, and gives access to the tourist centre of Prague within 20 minutes' journey. The main rail station (Hlavni nadrazi) and big bus station (UAN Florenc) are on the same metro line as the hotel and hence only about 10 minutes away - however we made use of the airport transfer service and are really happy we did (it wasn't cheap but probably no more expensive than any taxi would've been). We weren't disappointed in anything we expected - everything promised such as safe in the room, TV with free news channels, decent speed WiFi, English-speaking staff etc. was available. (*) And note even the breakfast, though expensive, was worth the money.

"Spot On"
Can't fault this hotel at all. It seems so well managed, plenty of friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable, lovely bathroom, modern looks like it's just been refurbished. The location of the hotel is really excellent, very near the old square which is buzzing but is still very quiet as the road it's in is not busy. Breakfasts were good with a hot selection and also a buffet which you could take as much as you wanted from. Didn't eat at the restaurant as it was quite pricey but looked like it was very popular. All in all in highest recommendation.
