“Enjoyable.”
The hotel room might be considered spare but it was immaculately clean and serviced. It is just what is needed after a day of sightseeing and it is within walking distance of most of the interesting sites or to the public transit system. An excellent breakfast buffet and late night chocolate were much appreciated. Staff were genial and helped with touring advice, restaurants, exchange, and transit tickets. The only negative was a non-functioning WiFi and slow ethernet cable connection in the room although a lobby computer took up the slack.

“Excellent 4 star in the hearth of Prague”
Very nice hotel in a quite street in the heart of Prague. 5 to 10 mins walking distance from all major tourist attractions. The room was quite large, clean and confortable. Breakfast was quite complete. Staff always friendly and efficient. I would definitely consider it again for a next visit to this beautiful city.
“Perfect location”
The hotel is located in a great location for getting around Prague by foot. It was near all of the common spots to visit, yet was not on a busy street, so it was quiet as well. We really enjoyed the tavern just down the street. Additionally, the hotel is directly across from a police station, so we felt very safe even late at night walking away from the crowds. The hotel itself was very clean, rooms extremely spacious (the largest non-suite I have ever seen), and seemed recently remodeled. The only negative was that the room was not oververly decorated, which was fine with us. The staff was great, and made this hotel a must return. They were are exceptionally polite, spoke great english, and very accomodating. The breakfast provided was excellent and worth getting up for. Overall, we were not expecting such a wonderful place to stay when we arrived and if we return to Prague are likely to return.

hotel très bien situé proche métro et tram, du pont Charles, ... dans quartier sure (commissariat en face) et calme. les chambres sont en très bon état et très propres, petit-déjeuner sympathique, bref rien à critiquer ! excellent rapport qualité/prix. a recommander
“Great hotel”
Very comfortable hotel, conveniently located in the old town of Prague. Clean, quiet, neat and comfortable, with very large rooms.
“Great hotel in a great location”
This is a wonderful hotel-we stayed four nights and would have happily have stayed longer if we could. The hotel feels like bright and airy, well appointed without feeling stuffy or over the top. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Little touches like a lounge in reception and a dvd library were a plus as was excellent internet access. The location is fabulous, on a quiet street and close to everything. All major attractions are in easy walking distance and the metro isn't far either. The breakfast was good with a variety of items to suit different tastes. We were there over Easter and were given special Easter biscuits which was sweet. Can't stay enough-great place!
“Situation idéale au calme et au coeur de Prague”
Hôtel très moderne, très fonctionnel et très calme (revers de la médaille : pas de charme particulier et rien de typique, par exemple tout y est écrit en anglais). Idéalement siué : nous avons pu tout visiter à pied depuis l'hôtel : la "vieille" ville, la "nouvelle" ville, le château ainsi que la "petite ville" alentour.
