It was spring break so the area was crowded as well as the beach, despite signs noting its privacy for the complex. "We loved it here. Gulf views, private walk directly from the building to the beach. Quiet area great for relaxing. Beach was amazing, not crowded at all. Short walk to stores and restaurants.
