Welcome to our updated and modern condo directly on our private beach. Spectacular views of the Gulf. Watch the gorgeous sunset every evening from your porch! Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, including Magnolias, which is right across the street and serves lunch and dinner. Enjoy keyless and easy entry. Our condo is on the second floor and does require walking a flight of steps. Beach chairs are provided for your enjoyment. Cable TV and fast WIFI are included as well.

Our condo sleeps 2 and has two full baths. There is a washer and dryer for your use. Free and easy parking for 2 cars. Children are not permitted. Pets are not permitted.

Paradise
This was our first time staying in this place. It was amazing!! The perfect location, perfect combination of beach (sun) and patio (shade), the front opend up to the patio so we had tons of fresh air. We walked to several different restaurants every night and went to Stump Pass and Middle Beach too. And of course the sunsets were fantastic!! We will definitely stay here again.

Great property at a great location, perfect size for the two of us. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying to views. And having a private beach was nice too. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. We would love to come back again!

My wife and I have vacationed in Florida for over 20 years and nothing compares to the experience we had at this property. The condo is beautifully furnished, well stocked, and has many updates. The porch is spectacular. the view stunning, and communication with the owner flawless. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this property and owner a 12.
