"The property is fantastic! We had a great time in Punta Gorda. This place is in a good spot, with nice trails for walking or biking. Close to downtown and Fisherman's Village. The only problem we had was, during the middle of the night, we had a smoke alarm start chirping like the battery was dying. "Upon arrival I found the view was nothing but a parking lot! Side note the last week I was there they were putting grass down and no more parking lot. The view is ONLY from the upstairs bedroom window. The condo was NOT clean! The sheets were filthy! I was told by Daniel (owner) to go buy new sheets! Ridiculous! I had to sleep on the top of the bed my first night after a 20 hour travel. The next morning I had to go buy sheets, I was reimbursed for but nonetheless it was something I should not...

"We had two couples stay at the unit and it served our needs well. It was clean. It was nice to have the 3rd bathroom. Greg, the host, said the unit was available for early check-in. Although we didn't need that it was appreciated. We were able to use the pool and that was fine. The only minor complaint was that one of the bathrooms was out of TP and there wasn't a spare square anywhere. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt completely safe."

"We always enjoy staying at the Keel Condos at Burnt Store Marina- Being right at the marina watching the boat traffic is nice. The back screened in porch overlooking the pool at the condo is relaxing and great place to eat and enjoy the florida breeze."
