Property Amenities
Located on lushly landscaped grounds with palm trees, the Meridian CondoResorts units offer a heated outdoor freeform pool with sundeck, spa tub, and waterfall, a lap pool, and a second spa tub. The fitness room has a dozen exercise machines, free weights, and women's and men's saunas. Lighted tennis courts, shaded barbecue areas, and beach volleyball courts are on the property.
The airy, high-ceilinged clubhouse has pinball, a pool table, a fireplace, and a large-screen TV, and offers high-speed wireless Internet access. Parking is complimentary. Restaurants and shopping are nearby and the staff will make arrangements for golf.

This Scottsdale hotel offers 100 large one-, two-, and three-bedroom condos in several upscale condominium developments, all constructed by the same builder with the same amenities and within walking distance of each other and the rental office.
All Meridian condos were renovated in November 2008 and are decorated in a southwestern style with contemporary furnishings and details by local artisans. Each offer private, furnished patios or balconies with courtyard, mountain, or golf-course views. Units feature kitchens with refrigerators, four-burner stoves, dishwashers, microwaves, toasters, coffeemakers, cookware, and dishware. Kitchens can be stocked with groceries in advance of arrival for a surcharge.
Other amenities include flat-screen HDTVs with premium cable channels and VCRs, and full-sized washers and dryers. Bedding features custom-made mattresses, and all units offer sofas or love seats. Local calls are complimentary and the rooms have complimentary dial-up Internet access. All rooms are nonsmoking. Most units have fireplaces.
Daily housekeeping is not included in the rate, but is available on request for an additional surcharge.

The condos have an outdoor pool with waterfall, lap pool, 2 spa tubs, sand volleyball court, a golf course, BBQ grills, and a fitness center with cardio machine, free weights, and resistance equipment.

“Cant Wait To Go Back”
If your traveling with family its a great place to stay. There was 10 of us and plenty of room. Had a great time hanging out at the pool. Not to far from Phoenix Airport. Thanks Lori
“Scottsdale's Best Secret”
In our first trip since our honeymoon to Hawaii, my wife and I enjoyed a fabulous trip to Scottsdale, Arizona, thanks to Meridian CondoResorts. My wife loved the condo which was huge, very clean, well appointed, and most importantly had an awesome coffee maker. We both enjoyed watching television on the large flat screen TV's. The service was magnificent. Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. We felt very comfortable and right at home. We loved relaxing at the beautiful pool and hot tub.
