Property was nice and spacious. Good location to everything I needed. My cons would have to be the cleanliness. The owner asked for renter to “clean up” in description yet there was no dish soap or paper towels provided. The home was very cold even after putting on heat. Most dishes in cabinet and pans were still dirty and sticky. I had to go purchase dish soap to clean them first in order to clean. It looked as if things weren’t fully cleaned prior to arrival. The ceiling fan in the first bedroom also didn’t work and the window fell down as soon as it was opened. I did let the “manager” know when he arrived. Check out was 11 but the cleaners were knocking on the door at 10:20am. It’s a beautiful apartment but I just suggest the cleaners fully clean the place before another person comes (make sure dishes are clean and counters etc). decorative Pillows had some permanent stains also. also maybe provide a roll of papertowels in tbe kitchen. With those adjustmemts this will be 5star !

The place was great… Surrounding neighborhood is a little iffy but if you know what to expect theres really not much to complain about… Great stay, would definitely stay again.

Poor experience
We will start with the positives: -the interior is updated and surprisingly nice -host was quick to respond Negatives: -rough neighborhood -the bed broke under us while sleeping, and was obviously not constructed properly. Host quickly sent workers who confirmed that it was built incorrectly, and did a temporary fix. We were supposed to stay a second night, but after the poor experience of the first night we left. When we asked for a refund, The host was unhelpful and argumentative, claiming the bed was not broken. She refunded the second night, but we are still waiting on compensation for the first night.

10/10 would book again!
This was an amazing stay. Initially I was skeptical as this was a new listing, however this exceeded my expectations. Loved every second of it. Compared to the surrounding buildings it stood out. Seemed like it was newly renovated. The bedrooms smelled great and the kitchen was beautifully.
