"I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local."

"There was a loud fight in our hallway on the last night that we stayed, the front desk person was fast to respond but it was very unsettling. Window’s don’t seal properly so there was a lot of noise pollution from outside. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay! Great location with walkable food options and very spacious units!"

"If you’re looking for a place in stay in the heart of Carlsbad, that has something for everyone, this is it. Beach views and access, shopping, restaurants, and friendly people. The staff was excellent and the rooms were comfortable, clean and updated. Beautiful fire places indoors to relax by. Outside green spaces were comfy and spacious. Nice pool and separate hot tub area for the adults. "
