"My only disappointment with Curragh Cottage was that no former tenants came to say hello . Obtuse I know, but I had the feeling there could have been a friendly spirit within those walls . Maybe next time or on a warmer night ."

"We stayed in the Monash Cottage as it is pet friendly, this was a major attraction for our stay. The Monash Cottage is quite a rustic building with a unique history, however the basic nature of the building won’t be for everyone. But it worked really well for our purposes and would stay again. This site is an interesting piece of living history in a rural setting."

"This 3 bedroom cottage was just so well stocked with everything you need. It has a wonderful laundry on site and all in all a great stay. We were lucky enough to meet the owners of the property which made is a very warm personal experience. The swim spa was a lovely addition to the facility.The owners will be brightening up the cottages gradually as the one we were in was a little dark inside but great condition inside."

"My husband and I , along with our small cavoodle Tashi, enjoyed a relaxing getaway in April. The bush setting was a lovely contrast to our usual beach focussed experiences. We loved the access to fabulous bush walks snd our hosts were happy to share their extensive knowledge of tge area. The accomodation was well situated, very clean and comfortable. "Warm, cosy, clean & comfortable. Great location to walk to town & waterfront & beach. Cottage was sold after we booked but everything still went smoothly. Only complaint - chaise lounge should be replaced by a small 2 seater lounge. We plan to stay here again"

"Bad smell in unit when we first walked in. We discovered it after 24hrs. Smell coming from drain tray on the back of the fridge with rotten milk in it. Can’t fault the amount of towels for unit. Had to wait quite awhile at reception to get pool towels. No one at front reception to check out."
