"What a great house for our stay. Our family needed a home for Chapman graduation and this place worked out perfectly. Not only was there plenty of room for everyone, but we were surprised with how well appointed everything was. What a great surprise. The location was close to the campus and we walked to the Stack House for a great breakfast. We appreciated, and used, both the Keurig and the Nespresso coffee makers. And thanks for all of the snacks! It was so thoughtful. I would recommend this...

"We have been a lots of places and a lots of rentals but the experience we had at the property was nothing compares with other ones. The property owner Sam was the one of the best people l ever meet very friendly polite and kind I’m looking forward to go back because to many things we could do because of the rain. "We chose this property because it is a convenient drive to the parks and airport. It is located in a nice neighborhood and the house is super cute. We did not rent a car but Ubers were super easy in the area and grocery stores were not too far of a walk. It was the perfect size for 2 adults."

"Great location to visit your student at Chapman and close to Newport and Laguna beach (30 minutes) and Disney. Walk to circle and neighborhood great. House could use some updates, but everything was comfortable. Great to have dedicated parking in driveway. Would definitely stay here again."

"We needed a place for my Family to stay a few days while construction was being finished up on our home. It worked for our family of 4 Adults we each had our own space. It’s an older house but they have upgraded All the appliances along with a lot of homey amenities too. Linens were nice and kitchen supplies were like new. Loved the birds and squirrels running through the backyard in the morning and at sunset. It was a good stay."
