The homeowners need to come in and make repairs to the broken items and replace those items that are no longer operable. The appearance of the yard should match the photos that have been posted in their advertisement. Renting your home out on a continuous basis is a business and should be treated as such. When I reserve a hotel room, it is the responsibility of the hotel to make sure that every item in that room is in working condition, prior to my arrival and this was not the case for the property owners at 5370 Fulmer Ct and their host. The number of deficiencies that this rental has is an indication that no one is doing a walk-through between rentals to make sure everything is in working order.
