"This property was in a fantastic location for our needs. We had 8 guests using this home. More kitchen utensils, especially drinking cups or glasses would have been helpful. There were plenty of towels, but no washcloths. As sleep is very important, the mattresses were very comfortable. My only real concern was that upon entering the home, the door lock runs on battery and we kept getting a warning when we opened the door that the battery was almost dead and to replace it soon. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. "Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. We weren't able to stay in this home due to "issues". They did not get us check in information as promised. The replacement place they put us in was 2 bedrooms not 4 with many items missing from the kitchen etc. We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable, and they promised a one night refund, which I still haven't seen...

"I was very frustrated with the lack of communication regarding check in. Once we connected, everything went smoothly. Yard could use some work. You can tell it is a work in progress but the weeds could've been whacked down. House itself was great. Loved the shower. Lots of space. BF and son both complained that the mattress was too soft but it was fine for me. We were there for an event. If you need to be in Redlands, I thought it was a perfect location. Price was reasonable for what it was."

"Nice, cozy apartment. New and upgraded space with working appliances. It wasn’t as clean as I’d expect of a short term rental space. The host was nice. Little more communication ahead of time would’ve gone a long way, as the apartment is located in a gated community and we didn’t receive the code ahead of time.
