"The only things I could say about the home that could use improvement were that the upstairs tv didn’t work/was missing a power cord and that there was no soap provided for the bath. Everything else was wonderful. Would totally come back (and bring soap):)"

"A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use."

The location is close to many of our favorite places to visit. We went to Ogunquit, Wells, Kittery and enjoyed many wonderful family moments. "Jeff's property is absolutely adorable! The attention to detail in the decor and the amenities- from a well-stocked kitchen to the board games inside and the yard games outside- made our stay comfortable. The location is great too! It's close enough to all the action in Ogunquit/Perkins Cove while also being more woodsy and quiet. My friends and I had an amazing visit, and the comfort of this cottage was certainly part of our experience. We're looking forward to coming back soon!"

"the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however."

"The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍."

"Extremely clean place, all the amenities were there, short walk to Long Sands Beach (which has restrooms), short drive(s) to shopping, Nubble Light, etc. BTW, Dunne's Ice Cream, close to Nubble Light, is best ever. Mike was a great host, checked in with us before we got there, and encouraged any communication during our stay. A perfect place, would do it again. Thanks Mike!"
