“Nice Comfortable Hotel, Good Value”

I stayed at the Hilton Garden in San Leandro while attending a conference for a week. The front desk staff were very helpful when we needed an extra chair in our room. The room was clean and comfortable. We used the wireless internet service which was sometimes a little slow, but adequate. It looked like you could use a wire, but the end was broken. The batteries in our TV remote were dead, so we used our own to use the TV. The restaurant in the hotel is pretty good, but it does take some time to get your food. If you plan on using the hotel's shuttle, make sure you talk to them head of time to get the exact time. Some people at the same conference that I was attending had trouble with this. The pool is a little small, but there's a nice hottub. The exercise room has 2 treadmills and a stairclimber, and some mats and exercise balls. We picked this hotel because of the proximity to the conference and because of it's price. It' a good value and is clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back again.

“Great Hotel, great price”

Very clean and much nicer than I expected for the price. I use to prefer to Marriot branded hotels, after this experience, (I also stayed at another Hilton Garden Inn in Utah as a part of my trip) I will look to book Hilton family hotels, both Garden Inns, exceeded my expectations by far. Very well pleased.

“Would definitely stay there on a return visit.”

Pros: The hotel was extremely clean, the staff was both friendly and helpful. They provide airport shuttle services. They provide free broadband internet service as well as free printing from your room to the lobby level Business Center. The in-house restaurant served good food and provided superb room service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms come with refridgerators and microwaves. They also provide an in-room exercise kit to help with your morning stretch. Cons: No vents in the bathrooms.

“Clean and comfortable”

We were very happy with the hotel, it was easy to get to, close to almost every place we wanted to go to. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the size of the rooms were also nice. The people that worked there were helpful and nice. We are definitely thinking of staying there again!
