Only issues which was communicated is as follows: One of the family room lounges needs some upholstery work due to the cushioning being heavily worn. "We absolutely Loved our stay at Vila 15 Tangalooma, we could have been anywhere in the world admiring these spectacular beach sunsets……and we were only a 75min Ferry Ride from Brisbane. The Villa was perfect for our needs, it was really clean and well maintained and Jonathan supplied everything plus more. Our our 8 year old loved the “Fun Cupboard” We made use of the Villas Kayaks and paddled to the wrecks for a snorkel. We plan to use the stand up paddle boards next time. Nature put on a...

"We stayed for 4 night for our wedding with our 2 small dogs. The house was nice and clean with everything we needed and very secure with a lockable front gate plus side gate to keep the dogs out of the front area while we were out. We had a warm welcome card waiting for us too. Karyn was always available if we needed any infomation and it was just a lovely home to stay in. :)"

"First impression was how impeccably clean the accomodation was. The effort on decor from furniture, paintings & bits & pieces was really attractive. The view was outstanding with no trees in the way. Absolutely stunning & will be coming back soon to stay with my partner."

"We arrived in the morning and 'checked in' but given the earliness of our arrival the room was obviously not ready which were more than aware of. Staff however booked us in, gave us a card to access all the Hotel's facilities and called us as soon as the room was ready. Staff were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was fast and the reception area was well maintained and spacious. We were upgraded to an ocean view and our room was excellent! Spacious, clean, modern. "
