"Loved our stay here while visiting London! Nice quiet area where we could relax but very easy to access the underground to get everywhere. Hotel overall was very nice just a few minor cosmetic issues here and there that could be addressed but didn't detract from our stay. Would definitely stay here again! Staff was also amazing in arranging is a ride in the morning back to Heathrow. "

"Getting around was very easy. Train station two minutes away. Grocery stores and restaurants right there. We loved having the kitchen so we could make a quick breakfast or lunch some days."

Staff was quick to loan us a converter during our stay. I love the free washer/dryers as I like to save my room for shopping! Great beds and the room overall was clean, comfy and nice. Not one issue. "The property was extremely close to public transport. Staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help with any questions or concerns. The room w/ kitchenet was great. Water pressure was perfect. My mattress was hard and wifi was weak. It worked well on my Chromebook, but was terrible on the phone. The front stairs need railings. Slippery when it rains."
