I absolutely enjoyed staying at Leman Locke! The unit is clean, sleek, minimalist, stylish, spacious, comfortable bed, with fully equipped kitchen, a cute cafe on the ground floor and fabulous restaurant on the 1st floor made it so easy to get morning fresh juice, a glass of wine to winning down, or a quick dinner before heading out for the night. The location is convenient, 1/2 block from Aldgate East underground station, easy to get to anywhere. There are enough stores around the station as well. I stayed 7 days at The Royal Horsegurads prior to Leman Locke, I am happy to say that I equally enjoyed both hotels but I'll probably choose Leman Locke for the next time. Only, only thing I didn't quite enjoy was the view, my room was facing to the other side of the hotel and I could see everything (means they could see me from there), and I didn't feel comfortable opening the curtain day or night. They should have some sort of privacy curtain for the rooms facing to the other hotel.
