The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly. "I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...

"The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!"

"The house was nice and clean. Saturday night is really loud in this area, with the nightlife right there in that location. Please replace the grill. We were really bummed that it didn’t work.
