"I was in time square area for business . Hotel was decent enough in a good location to walk to many restaurants and attractions but they had 0 amenities . No bar , coffee station ( only a coffee maker in your room) no lounge / business area ,just a small check in area. It makes it very hard to justify the daily resort fees on top of the crazy NY taxes . Room was very small per usual and had a slight order . May be time to clean the carpets. The staff was very nice. "Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough.
