"Relatively close to Munich's "Old Town," this is a pleasant, moderately priced and clean hotel. The staff is accommodating. The bathroom is clean but small. The rooms need usb outlets for charging devices. On the whole, we would stay there again for a night or two."

"Check-in was straightforward, and the location of the hotel is good if arriving into Munich central station. The hotel is also a fair price for this, too. The bed was comfortable. The included breakfast is fine. That said, the room was in need of a slight refresh. It was also unfortunate that the safe in my room was locked when I arrived, so I was unable to use it (in fairness, I only reported this towards the end of my stay). "No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again. "
