"We had a wonderful time. The place was charming, clean and very comfortable. Two small things: 1) There was s very strong sewer smell coming from under the deck near the kitchen door. We tried to locate it but couldn’t pinpoint. 2) There is only one broken ice tray. We recommend replacing it. If we were staying longer I would have bought a couple as a house gift!😁"

"We needed a place for my Family to stay a few days while construction was being finished up on our home. It worked for our family of 4 Adults we each had our own space. It’s an older house but they have upgraded All the appliances along with a lot of homey amenities too. Linens were nice and kitchen supplies were like new. Loved the birds and squirrels running through the backyard in the morning and at sunset. It was a good stay."

"Excellent hosts and a very beautiful house. We were very pleased with the rental. You have everything you need to have a good time with the family. One thing to consider, possibly with an extra cost, would be heating for the pool because the water was cold. But overall, everything was very good! Thank you, Jean Pierre."

"We were in CA for a wedding and this house more than exceeded our expectations. The hosts were amazing! They are so easy to communicate with and check in to make sure everything is going well. Sam, the neighbor, came over and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and went over the controls for the pool, hot tub, heat, etc. He was so kind and friendly. The pool/hot tub backyard is beautiful, and the house is amazing. The amenities were great as well!!! I would highly recommend...

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. Over all a 8/10"

"We spent a few days here for a family reunion. The house is beautifully decorated. The backyard is resort style quality with a covered grilling area, bar and outdoor fridge. Our host Blue was amazing and responded quickly to any needs that arose. Pool and spa were sparkling. This immaculate property has beautiful views and is in a quiet, safe neighborhood. I would highly recommend this property."

"The Little Cabin was adorable. My husband and our puppy stayed at the cabin. The cabin was a perfect size and well stocked if you needed anything. The property was perfect. The patio had a little firepit that made the evenings cozy. Our host Melissa was AMAZING. I higly recommend this property. We will be back and be staying at another property Melissa manages."

"Our family of four spent spring break with another family of four. We are all friends but it was our first time spending a week together for vacation. We all enjoyed ourselves. There was plenty of room for our families to play and eat together, in addition to having a place to have our own space. The home is beautiful and well taken care of. The home is just as beautiful as the pictures and well taken care of. The management team was very responsive through text and phone call."

You are expected to be an unseen and unheard guest in their home, and you can hear them from the other side of the wall, not giving you the same common courtesy of being quiet and courteous.
