Industrial rustic 1950’s reno is filled with Melissa’s art, her hand crafted barn doors and extra artistic touches • 3 decks and 1 deck is eight feet high in the trees with hammock swings and a hammock underneath. Emma and I are long time locals, are trained in interior design and high end hospitality, we have been hosting wonderful guests like you for years. Each home has a different charm and experience. If one is booked for the dates you are interested in then try checking another. DOG INFORMATION (if you are bringing any): We don’t have a weight limit but trust that your dogs are well behaved and will be wonderful guests in our beautiful homes :-) $25 per dog flat fee per stay. WHAT WE PROVIDE: • Fenced yard or enclosed deck (some properties) • 16 foot tether in the yards (if not fenced) • dog bowls • dog treats • dog waste bags • pet wipes (to wipe down pups after outside walks/play - DO NOT FLUSH) . • PET FEES: $25 flat fee per dog per stay. The location is perfect for taking our dog Rudi for walks in the neighborhood. The house is cozy and comfortable with a wonderful back yard. Close to town center if you want to go out to eat or check out the cute shops… Melissa & Emma are wonderful and accommodating- it’s 4 paw approved by Rudi and 5 star approved by his people! The interior design was very unique and comfortable. Dogs loved the big yard. As we are not spring chickens, the ladder to the loft was a little challenging but we made it work. The cabin was a perfect size and well stocked if you needed anything. The property was perfect. The patio had a little firepit that made the evenings cozy. Our host Melissa was AMAZING. The backyard is really big and it feels like you’re in the middle of the forest. The only drawback was the driveway is very steep, if you have a car it’s not car friendly. This cabin was a hidden gem, perfect for our family of two adults and our furry companions. Melissa and Emma ensured the cozy cabin had everything we needed, and the amazing backyard was perfect for relaxing and letting our dogs play. The idyllic mountains and charming town of Idyllwild felt like a dream. The dog-friendly amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s a beautiful cabin, tucked in the woods with a huge fenced in yard. A quick 3 min drive to town and 15 min to Lake Hemet. The owners communicated quickly and made the process very easy. It was perfect! It is a lovely property, feels very removed and private but is so close to town. The home is beautiful and comfortable. We spent a lot to time out on the deck and in the very spacious back yard. Our little dog had the best time running around in the fully fenced yard. Easy check in process. Beautiful property. Quiet. I was able to not only have my dog off leash on the front porch and back yard, but was also able to walk around the neighborhood with him. You don't have to worry about traffic walking your dog anytime of the day in that part of town. Our 20 month old puppy just loved zooming around in the backyard and we could put her out there without a worry. The WiFi worked just fine. ##### DENNIS M. Great communication as I can be annoying with lots of questions but they were very accommodating. Only concern was I didn’t consider the stairs was difficult even though it was just one small set. Would love to return but may need a ramp or assistance lifting multiple bags but we had a lovely stay. It was a great location -a lil walk to town and cute place. We enjoyed the yard the most with sledding n space to run around, even the Easter bunny stopped by for a bit with just toys no snacks. Very friendly and responsive. Really appreciate that. And the details . . . everything we needed to know and more about the home, checking in, checking out, etc. was stated in emails and in a binder in the home that made staying here so easy. The home itself was perfect for us and our dog. Very cozy and with so many homey touches that truly made it feel like we were at home. There were lots thoughtful touches included and it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our dog loved the huge yard to roam around and it was just a mile from the center of the village, enabling us to walk or drive in minutes.
