“Friendly Service - Good location”

We arrived much earlier than our check in time, but after a very short wait, a room was ready for us. The room was very clean and much larger than I expected. The staff at the desk was very helpful in finding good places to dine nearby or giving us directions. The cleaning staff was always polite and helpful. A metro station was just a block away and we could walk to many attractions. The hotel was full, but it was never too noisy. Our room did not have a refridgerator, but some rooms do have them. I would stay there again.

“Great stay in Montreal”

Hotel was great. Price for the quality was awesome. If you want a clean hotel, no frills like room service this will suite you. Only drawback for an honest review was bathroom tub needed caulking and had some minor cosmetic damage. I mention this to provie the only fault which was negligible for me.

“Location, location, location”

The hotel is situated just down the street from a main metro station - great for days out or weary feet! Otherwise, it's within realistic walking distance of almost every district in Montreal and the area felt safe, even late at night. It's value for money, clean with a/c; no frills, but if you are into sightseeing and want a good night's sleep, its great. Breakfast delicious next door, service could be a bit slow (shortage of staff when we were there in June). Fantastic deli a few yards down from the hotel.

“Great experience”

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel St-Denis. It was centrally located, quiet, and the room was comfortable and looked recently renovated. Renovations continued in the hotel, with new floors in the public spaces being installed while I was there. The only reason for the 4 on staff was that in the evenings/early nights it was sometimes hard to find the staff at reception. Being the only traveler left in the world without a cell, this meant is was hard for people to reach me at the hotel by telephone.

“Great Stay”

The hotel was in a great location, close to bars and Old Quebec its a nice place to stay if your are going for a short visit.
