“Comfortable, clean and centrally located”
Our stay at Novotel was very comfortable. Courteous and knowledgeable staff, clean room, very nice city view. Hotel close to almost everything (only 1 block) St. Cathernine st., star bucks, shopping, dining, Recommended.
“Comfortable and well located: downtown Montreal.”
Very nice people at the reception. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is OK. The parking is very convenient. However it is not operated by the hotel; many cars were not parked in regular lots (apparently they overbook). Room service is only until 10 pm. I strongly advise that you eat outside or come back early if you care for something else than peanuts or a chocolate bar from the fridge!
“Excellent location, excellent service”
The room was more than what was expected. Clean, not large but very comfortable. The staff went well beyond the call of duty to service our needs. A+ experience overall.
“quality modern hotel in central montreal”
Good clean hotel with all the business amenities available. Hi speed through out and workout facilities as well. Will stay there next time.
“Very comfortable Hotel to stay in”
I was a little worried about staying at a hotel I had never heard of before, but this was a very nice place. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was comfortable with plenty of room to move around. Would definitly stay here again.
“Great Location”
I did not use the resturant at this hotel, so I cannot comment on that. But the Location and overall condition is Fantastic for the price.
“A recommander”
Bien situé, à proximité de la vie nocturne, sans les nuisances. Personnel fort aimable.
“Hotel bien situé”
Hotel situé pratiquement au centre de Montréal, proche de plusieur sites intéressant à visiter.
“Very nice hotel and customer service.”
This hotel is in a really good location in downtown Montreal. It's not too far from the metro and there are plenty of shopping areas around. It is also a good location for nightlife entertainment. The hotel has a modern look and is very clean. The customer service was excellent, they were really friendly and helpful. It was also inexpensive for how nice the hotel was. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Montreal.
“Our Favorite in Montreal”
This hotel is in a perfect location. Close to shopping and dining and bars. Even not a bad walk to the Vieu Port.
