Affordable and clean apartment-style room, convenient location, 2-3 min walking distance from the subway station and bus stops. Excellent value for money. But the hotel is near a park where some homeless people gather. There may be some safety concerns when walking back to the hotel at night. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel and will book again.

The hotel was clean and affordable. Very no frills but it’s not needed when you’re only spending a night. Extremely close to a metro station which makes it so easy to commute around the city.

It was terrible being awakened by super noisy drilling at early in the morning that lasted for hours without informing us so we could have asked for a higher floor room.

Nice and a clean spot in the downtown. I put 4 for the dangerous underground parking lot(very narrowed), miss of the access to the hot drinks in the lobby(e.g. tea, coffee) and customer's orientation with ghd surrounding area. The China town is located 15 minutes walk from the hotel. However it took us 40-45 minutes under the rain with the desk's clerk explanations. If you don't know don't explain

Very comfortable stay! Clean room. Beds are comfortable and I really appreciated having a kitchenette in our room! I’m celiac so this was such a benefit as I won’t eat out much in the city. Staff are friendly. A couple of things in our room don’t work like the phone to call front desk and thermostat. It was a little warm at times but okay. My only true complaint was the smell, especially in the reception of the hotel. It smells like stinky feet as soon as you walk in at all times. Ventilation could be improved in this hotel but I would stay again on a future trip to Montreal.
