“Comfortable and quiet”

Comfortable and quiet. Just unfortunate that in a bilingual province, a bussiness which receives tourists has personnel that doesn't speek a word of French.

“Adequate, but no elevator”

Room was clean and quiet even though we were close to the main highway. Courteous staff and OK breakfast. Not really much area to sit and eat, so resorted to taking food back to room. Beds comfortable. No elevator which surprised us. We were on second floor and lugging even a small suitcase up was arduous. Guess if you are disabled they book you in a room on first floor. All in all, an OK place.

Area recommendations

Visited the "Magnetic Hill" attraction, but didn't feel it was worth the time, effort or money.

When to go

Don't miss the Hopewell Rocks just south of Moncton in Hopewell Cape, NB. Watch the tides come in or go out from above or walk on the ocean floor three hours before and after low tides. Magnificent rock formations and expansive salt marshes. About 100 steps down to the ocean floor. Rangers are there for safety and lots of great information. Highly recommended.

“Will do for a one or two night stay”

The free breakfast was not anything to write home about. Small cramped room with cold cereal and toast your own waffels.

Area recommendations

The magnetic hill area is good for families as there are a lot of activities in the area and access to the highway is good.

“my experience”

The kitchen is too small and there are not enough chairs. SO basically you stand there to eat your breakfast. There is no fridge in the rooms and the location is in the middle of nowhere.

“Great food for a small price - hotel dining room”

Prime Rib dinner for $12. Hard to beat the value at this price unless you're in Vegas.

Traveller's tip

Hotel is a 1 minute walk away from the Casino. There are only slot machines in the casino if slots are your game.
