“Good Service”

When I arrived the hotel computer showed my check in was for the previous day. This was not a problem, they change the date and gave me a complimentary upgrade to a business suite. The room was really large with a queen bed, full couch and huge bathroom. I especially liked the free wifi internet which hooked up without the usual password requirement. The access to the hotel is awkward because of the road system and the best way to get in is through the back access from the mall side. I only stayed the one night so didn't use any of the other facilities The mall is right behind the hotel and offers all the usual shopping including a Chapters and Starbucks and other shopping is accessible by car across the bridge. If you are staying in Fredericton you should consider this hotel. .

“Good value, basic hotel close to shopping and restaurants.”

Clean, priced fairly, basic restaurant, and within walking distance to the Regent St Mall..and various other typical box stores and restaurant chains. A few kms away from downtown...overall quite satisfied.

“Great Location near mall and shopping”

Nicely located hotel. Great for families as we had rooms with 3 queen beds. They had lots of space for all of us. Nice lobby, very nice restaurant in the hotel. Would recommend and stay again.

hotel was straight down the street from the venue.the hotel was in excellent condition and decor was lovely.staff were very friendly and helpful for directions i would love to stay there again.

Did find an ant (now deceased) racing across the floor in the evening. Back of one of the chairs was broken.

“Satisfied”

This is basically a glorified motel, situated beside Hwy 2 and a large mall on the outskirts of the city. It was quite satisfactory, but much further from downtown Fredericton than I'd anticipated. Also the entrance is not easily accessible by car.

They were the cheapest Expedia pick in Fredericton and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the quietness of the room.

“pleasant atmosphere”

My stay was a brief one but perfectly satisfactory, and what I particularly liked was that a jacket I had dropped accidentally in the car park outside, after dark, was waiting for me at the reception desk later in the evening. The staff were relaxed and friendly and the room was fine.

“I have stayed in few bad hotels, this was one of them.”

1-Their internet connection was not functioning at all. Upon my inquiry, I was told that too many guests are using it. So it was an repaired failure. 2- The window installed cooler was too noisy. We had to turn it off and open the window. Then we were constantly disturbed by the noise. 3-Cars leaving early morning woke us since cars parked only one foot from the window of our room. No parking spot was assigned to each guest so their moving would not disturb others. 4-we had asked an upper floor room but our requirement was ignored.

Area recommendations

Down town Fredericton Crowne-Plaza is most conveniently located and has best reputation. My colleagues who stayed there were overall satisfied for a marginally higher price. This was why when we passed through Monton, we went to the same hotel there. We were fully pleased with the service for almost the same price.
