Very convenient location. Many places of interest were close by. The staff were very helpfull and many staff members spoke english. Parking was in a separate building, but there was always someone available to bring my car or get when needed and at no charge, just a tip from me was sufficient but not necessary

I paid for a room with 2 beds and when we arrived, I was told there were none available. We were given a room with one bed and a "half bed" instead. The half bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The hotel room was not like advertise on Expedia. Very small room I even paid for the upgrade and it was not as expected. Very disappointed. I paid for the breakfast included and it was not good at all. On our second nite the AC went out in our room. We had no Ac for 3 hours. Very sad situation.

The hotel is updated and very beautiful when you walk in. The hotel is convenient to all forms of transportation, tons of weekend markets, and tourist locations. Everything is about a 15 min max walk away! It's was perfect. Make sure to visit the roof top and take in the beautiful view of the city! Breathtaking! I'd rate the hotel an overall 4 Bed was rough so if you're looking for a soft bed this would not be an ideal choice. Lastly everyone was nice but very delayed it took some time to get anything. But everyone was very nice. .
