"We really enjoyed staying at the Villa Barbarich! They had a shuttle to and from Venice which was super convenient, but the train station was also a short walk away and was another great way to get to and from Venice. I am so happy we stayed here compared to right in Venice, gave it more of a luxury holiday feel. The breakfast every morning was great and the staff were lovely. We had a garden room facing the pool which we really enjoyed. The property is so beautiful and has a lot of history!...

"Travelled with family for winter break and I must say it was the right choice. Staff have been extremely polite and welcoming throughout the stay. Would like to specially mention Nicole/Katerina and Giulia. Some initial gripes and they get resolved within next few hours. I have booked a junior suite for the family which was upgraded FOC to the bigger suite the next day to make us more comfortable. "About 15 min walk to Venice Mestre station and bus station right outside - there was a bus strike on the day we wanted to go into Venice and the hotel staff did not inform us until after we had waited 25 mins for the bus to come that actually there is a strike. Air conditioning only works on certain days of the year in Italy too and you won’t get your room below 20 degrees. It was uncomfortable for us and will be staying elsewhere next time. "
