I had a wonderful stay at the Dreams Resort. Dreams is located right on the beach and the view is absolutely gorgeous. I was surprised to find that the resort wasnā€™t very crowded which made it more relaxing and peaceful. The staff was overall pleasant. I enjoyed drinks from every bar. The food was good. I enjoyed the seafood restaurant one evening with a beautiful sunset view. I would recommend staying at the Dreams if youā€™re looking to have a relaxing getaway right on the water.

The staff was amazing! Upon arrival we were greeted kindly. Heading up to the room we were very disappointed. The bathroom was very very untidy worse was we had 2 kids with us. MĆØga at the resort was superb! Please ask for her when you get there! The staff at the breakfast and lunch restaurant was friendly and accommodating. The managers couldā€™ve done better to accommodate us with the kids being in a room with a filthy shower. Will go back to CuraƧao not to Dreams however.

The staff were not helpful and rude, dining options sucked, food tasted bad. Had to ask for room to be serviced. I wouldnā€™t recommend this place or go back here.

Much has changed since 2022.check-in is 3pm Our room was not ready until 530p. no acknowledgement or apology was made for the inconvenience.we were not greeted or acknowledge even with suitcases in hand. instead staff members spoke amongst themselves at the main entrance and disregarded guest . The main bar, had horrible drink, I ordered a mojito, pretty simple drink, disgusting. I stayed 5 days the bar had 1-2 bartenders there at any given day, wait time for a drink was 10-15minutes.The older gentleman usually solo by the grill bar was good. food options mediocre, staff not motivated to help with drinks or guest needs The main buffet area filled with birds which freely ate off of plates. Cabanas- first come first serve ,guest would leave there belongings on chairs claiming cabanas but would go to the pool area and not return for hours. no staff members overseeing or regulating. good luck getting a seat on the beach.Hotel provides a mobile application to download for requests, such as room cleaning, and request food, I mostly used it for room service, however not all request are confirmed nor approved but left on ā€œpendingā€status.in 5 days my room was cleaned twice. Room service would come late around 5pm to clean your room, which is the time people usually return to rooms in preparation for dinner. for the price of $1600 a person I would never return to dreams unfortunately, so many other affordable options and even airbnbs. New management took

I was worried after seeing some reviews. However it was a great vacation. The staff was amazing. The property was spotless. Food was good. Drinks were good. Even though it was a small beach it wasnā€™t crowded. I would definitely stay again!!!
