"All the staff we encountered were so lovely. The room was nice clean. I liked having the little hallway before getting to the rest of the room. Worked out having the little extra space to store bags. Loved the turn down service. Valet was so nice and quick. I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at the west wing which has not been renovated yet. But, the room was very clean and charming (not as outdated as others wrote in their reviews). I was pleasantly surprised to see that each room had a balcony with city or bay view. The staff were very polite and professional and the restaurant served delicious entrees.
