"Not too much to say because we were only there one evening. But overall it was acceptable. Pool was an awesome temperature, at approximately 83 degrees celsius. The outdoor hot tub jets didn't work but sgain the temperature was nice. The inside hot tub jets worked and it was excellent."

"This property is located just off the TransCanada highway and was an excellent base ro spend time in Banff (5 mins by car) and Lake Louise (about 45 mins by car). The property is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. We'd consider staying here again if we're in the area."

"The property was just not all that great for what we paid. Bed very uncomfortable, pull out bed was terrible. Toilet not working properly. Constant highway noise could be heard. However, the firewood delivery guy was very friendly."

"Banff was the second week of our two week ski trip. This property is part of Fox Hotel & Suites and was perfectly located for our needs. The SkiBig 3 shuttle stop is right outside the front lobby. Underground on site parking is included as well as a ski locker in the parking garage. Made for an easy trip despite the -0 Fahrenheit temperatures."

"The kids loved hanging out in the pools after a day at Lake Louise snowboarding. House was super warm and cosy. There is the minimum of kitchen utensils and one set of cleaning cloths and teatowels. We bought more rubbish bags and dishwashing tablets. The fireplace is advertised but then there is a sign to say pay for firewood. There are no cleaning supplies. We couldn't run a vacuum through it and we are a family of 4 there for a week, so would have been good. There is a cleaning fee of $100...
