"We had a great stay. Owner, Sarah, was accessible and accommodating. Perfect location to downtown as well as the beach. Home exactly as pictured. Loved the Charleston Chew touch!!!! Would definitely stay again."

"Loved staying here! Close to Charleston and to Folly Beach. Took many day trips to these areas. James Island was beautiful. Loved coming back to our home away from home for naps or evenings in. Bed was super as was shower and claw foot tub. Soaking at end of day was wonderful. Our host, Aprl, was delightful! Mornings on the porch with coffee ❤️. Did struggle a little With internet connection- not a big deal. Would stay again just to see the wildflower garden develop 😊"

"The house was great! There were only two of us staying, but the house can easily accommodate up to 6 people. The location was so convenient to Folly Beach and Charleston, and we also had a great time exploring James Island. Jen was very responsive to messages and extremely helpful! Would recommend this property to friends and family, and will stay again if we come back to CHS!"

"We found the home in clean condition and with comfortable furniture and beds. As mentioned in other reviews it sits on a busy highway and 2 of the bedrooms have street lights that shine in a bit. Location is convenient and overall it was a nice affordable stay"
