“My only choice in Orlando from now on”
It changed my trip. I have been to Orlando so many times, but this time was the best because of the hotel, the location, the experience, I can't wait to go back. It was just perfect!

“Great place to stay!”
We had a great time at this hotel. The decor was good in the lobby and bars, the atmosphere was lively and fun, and it wasn't full of children (in contrast to the Disney hotels). Our room was very comfortable, clean and attractively decorated. The Palm restaurant served very good quality food and was quite reasonably priced. The hotel is a five minute walk from City Walk and the Universal parks. The only disappointing feature was the gym which was very small and carried an additional charge.
“The Best Hotel When going to Universal”
When going to the Universal Parks this is the best Hotel to stay at.We will try and stay here every time we go to Universal .The only draw back is if you drive they charge you 15 dollars a day to park your own car in the parking lot.It is more if you want Valet .I have suggested every time we stay to just include it in the price of the room .It seams petty to charge for parking when you are staying at there hotel, it is not New York City.When you stay at Disney not only is it free , if you drive to there park the parking is free, or included in the room price not sure which one.

The Hard Rock Hotel was perfect for the whole family. The kids loved the pool, the games, the water taxi to the parks, the food; I could go on and on. The Hard Rock really has a good balance for adults and kids. I can't wait to go back!

The Hard Rock was excellent. It provided a fun atmosphere for our group, which included a 10 year old. The accomodations and service were first class.

My family had a great time visiting at the Hard Rock. The Staff all catered to all of our needs in a timely matter. I cant tell you how great it is to not have to stand in line for hours to enjoy the parks which is a great perk in reserving at the Hard Rock. Thanks for creating a great atmosphere for my family.
“Great Spot & location”
The hotel was nice and very convenient to Universal Studios. Everything was walking distance. Last week in April was perfect. Not too many crowds and weather was nice. We would definitely stay there again. Great experience for me and my husband.
