"It's right on the beach! Can't beat it for the price. Older hotel that has more character than the average hotel. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious! Was disappointed that the room smelled like someone smoked in it, but and open window took care of that. The floors could have used some sweeping before we checked in too. Still, I would stay here again."

"My grandchildren stayed at this property in May 2024. This was probably the best vacation rental I’ve experienced. The place was spotless. Kitchen had utensils and dinnerware available which made our eating, snacking easy without worrying about supplies. Coffee and creamer/sugar were available as well. "This property had a great location in proximity to the beach, surrounding restaurants, and shopping. Most everything is walking distance or a very short drive and it had ample room in the garage to store sandy beach items and with small children, it came in handy. The host had great communication and was very responsive. "This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon."
