"I've been coming to the Catalina for over 20 years, I adore it and what it offers--best location on the beach, friendly service, and casual atmosphere...having said that I must also say that I miss the stewardship and staff that I've grown up with over the years. Change is hard, but it should not come at the cost of loyal employees."
