"Stayed here one night for our trip to Universal Studios (only like 10 mins away) the next day. Sadly we didn't check in till 9 pm. The receptionist was ABSOLUTELY the sweetest thing and we were greeted with champagne. Kevin ran and changed it to sparkling cider since we don't drink. Parking is extra (no surprise there). "All around great hotel! I saw a lot of comments talking about the noise coming from the upstairs patio, yes you can definitely hear it from your room but it’s not bad enough to keep you up at night. But if you need absolute silence then I would say stay at a more basic holiday inn or something. Just know you’re staying at a very social hotel with a night life! "The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful however it’s on a very busy street and the traffic can be heard throughout the night and early morning."

"Very good location, lots of parking, however the parking charge was extortionate compared to other hotels and the price displayed on the ad prior to booking doesn't explain ther is an additional arking tax charge on top. Paper cups for hot drinks were rubbish. Very clean, room was nice and big, great shower, usb ports were handy."
