“good hotel”
very convenient,good service,good breakfast
“Value cannot be beat.”
Room was much better than I thought. Had a flat screen TV, Beds were nice and new, decore was good, and room was really clean. Actually the entire room looked like it had been completely gutted recently. Everything was new. Fresh paint, marble bathroom etc. etc. Location wise, it was only like a block from the subway and short walking distance to other restaurants and shops. You could walk to hollywood walk of fame in about 15-20 minutes. It's a really great location. Microwave/fridge in room was really useful. Hardwood floors were also a nice touch. This hotel really should be a 3-3.5, not a 2 star. I've stayed at worse 4 stars before. We will DEFINITELY stay here again on our next trip. Value cannot be beat. Only downside for this stay was that the pool was closed for cleaning :(. Oh yeah, and breakfast was fine. You get a selection of pastries and Cereals. Ignor the bad reviews. I've stayed at hundreds of hotels from 3-5 star, and this one is top 20 for sure. I'm still really surprised it's only a 2 star. Expedia should re-evaluate...
“Good value for the price”
The staff we awesome. I thought it was a great deal for the price. I felt safe and it was clean.
“Not impressed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone!”
My family and I arrived at the hotel at 10 p.m. The hotel staff said there were no more rooms left to give us in the main area of the hotel and instead gave us the key to a SEPARATE BUILDING (!) located next to the hotel, with its own separate parking lot. There were no elevators inside this building and so we had to drag our luggage up one flight of stairs. The building itself had about 15 rooms inside. We were extremely disappointed but it was late and we had already paid for the room and we were tired. The room itself was large enough, but it was like a studio room. There was no privacy to separate any of us even to get dressed. There was no balcony, the windows did not open, there was no vent to suck up the steam from the shower, the shampoo was left for us in the form of little foil packets, there weren't enough towels, and the TV only got 3 channels. On top of that, both of the double beds were EXTREMELY HARD. We are NOT hard-to-please or even picky, but this building was less than desirable and everything inside it felt "dirty" to us. The next morning, we checked out of the hotel and decided we were not coming back.
“Nice location in LA for people without cars”
The hotel was in a place where we wanted, in Hollywood and near a metro station. The staff was very courteous and it pleasant talking to them. The room was a bit small but it was well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting LA.
“Geat Hotel to stay”
THis hotel is excellent. I think in that neighborhood, this is the best hotel. they kept the place clean. room were great and clean, nice pool, free parking, i was in and out but every single time i got the spot for parking. There are lots of rose and lighting which make hotel beautiful. staff was friendly, espacially afterboon desk clerk was very nice and know the area very well. I will stay again.
“A great buy”
For the money, this is actually probably the best hotel I have stayed at so far. The room was not extravagant, but it was larger than the rooms I usually get at that price, was well kept, though smelled unusually like soap. There was a microwave, a refrigerator, and a rather large restroom with a shower. The doors don't do a whole lot to block out noise, so if you're a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. I did not partake in the breakfast there, but it looks like they just had cereal. The people at the counter were friendly. Overall a very good buy if you need some place cheap. The area is not the best, but walking 2 miles down the street we had no trouble with people.

“un hotel pratique sur Hollywood Boulevard”
un hotel bien situé au coin de Hollywood Boulevard et de Western Avenue. Pratique et sans souci (un peu bruyant le matin qd les clients commencent leurs ablutions! le ptit dej est inclus mais il ne faut pas réver c'est unjus d'orange, une tasse de café et une viennoiserie pris sur le pouce.il y a une (petite) piscine,le wifi gratuit plus un ordi en libre service
