The hotel was fine. Especially for the price and location. But PLEASE bring ear plugs. You can hear the people above you basically breathe. That is how bad it is. Every step. Blaring music. The staff, however, was receptive to our complaints and tried to quiet the other guests down.

This was really a converted motel. The design of the place was well designed and when we checked in we had impeccable service by the desk staff. She was really friendly and warm. The room itself had everything we needed, but there definitely was a distinctive smell that I could not get over. Also, our curtains did not go down all the way and we felt a little exposed as we were on the ground level. Upon checkout we were met with an efficient staff member and check out was easy. About the area, what I loved about it was that it was close to the Hollywood strip, a nice restaurant across the street, and that it had a short Uber ride to the Comedy Store. As we arrived quite late our first night we did not get a good view of the area until the following day. It was really run down and there was a lot of garbage on the streets. All in all, this was a good place to stay at.

Was nervous about safety walking back from the comedy club, but no issues or concerns. Enjoyable walk and was okay for the price. There is a fee for parking unless you park on the street.

The hotel had a unique layout, Are they thing is the bathroom was a little too intimate. Other than that the staff was great it even has acute restaurant across the street and it's very convenient to all the places located there in Hollywood easy to get. To all the comedy shows restaurants in Hollywood boulevard. I would definitely recommend this place.

The moment hotel is really bad because when me and my son and husband were booking our trip to the moment hotel the information said that the queen size beds can fit up to 3 people and it also said that we can park their for free but when we arrived their they charged us for parking and they also had a bed that only fits 2 people. Also if your just going to stay at the hotel all day then at 11:00am to 4:00pm their is no water at all so you can shower or anything.

Bar was never open, stains and cracks all of the walls. Room smelled musty the whole time. Informed the staff we needed to check up a day early and this was 48 hours before that day, they advised they would let the gm know and we would get a refund for it. Tried tk verify that information on the last day, they acted like they knew nothing about it and the manager was never nktifed she said she would ask the manager but she doubted we would get a refund even though we let them know in ample time to get a refund. I asked to get contacted by the manager. And this has been over a day later with still no contact. I hightly doubt we will get our refund that we shluld have easily received had we not been given false information. And icing on top of the cake, after a long day of flying the first night we got in we got some of their complimentary water, after chugging one i looked at the second glass only to notice it looked like a snow globe with mold floating around in it. Mind you there was not fruit or anything in the water where there could have been pulp. Just ice and water, and a ton of mold apparently.
