"Such a beautiful hotel. The area was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and stores. Lively during the day and quiet during the evening. Ubering was easy anywhere we needed to go. The staff was polite and helpful with all our needs at any time of day. Thank you for a great stay and we can’t wait to visit again. "

"The Downtown Hotel in Mexico City is a beautiful design hotel located in the heart of Centro. Wonderful hotel surrounded by retail, restaurants and bars with fabulous garden courts as part of the design. Service was excellent. Only downside was the pool was closed for an event for 2 nights but we were able to access the sister hotel rooftop pool Circulo Hotel. Also CDMX had a few very hot days and the a/c unit couldn't keep up. That aside a wonderful hotel!"

"Amazing hostel to stay in the center of Mexico City. It's super clean and modern. There's a guest kitchen, very clean and well equipped. There's also a good atmosphere in the hostel bar. "

"I adore the staff of this hotel its location and the feeling of safety. It is in the middle of a chaotic market place but at night it becomes a quiet residential place. I’ve stayed in this place every time I came to Mexico and I have recommended it to my friends who came and stayed too."

"An hotel that looks nothing like the photos. The hotel is not at 7minutes distance from the airport, with trafic 40 min, fluid 25 we did both. There is no check in or check out counter, there was only a security gardian who gave us the key at the entrance. The bed was not a mattress at all and it was dirty like they just made the bed and didn't change to wash them. A sofa with white powder, and I don’t thing it was baking soda to clean it up. The floor was stained with old blood. The curtains...

"THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE HOSTEL, AND THE STAFF MEMBER DURING THE EVENING SHIFT, ANDRE I BELIEVE IS HIS NAME GIVES A VERY WIERD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RUDE, NOT EXACTLY BAD. HE COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE NEEDS TO DO, KEEP AN EYE ON THE FRONT DOOR, DO THE CHECK IN, SEE IF THE WATER TANK IS FULL.. ETC. HE HAS DONDE THIS TWICE WITH ME AND ITS NONSE. HE COMPLAINED TO ME THAT IT ITS MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO TAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THAN PAYING WITH CASH, ALSO COMPLAINED TO...
