Wish we could have snorkeled right from the villa' s beach, actually tried one day but was a little rough, that was a bummer bc we love to snorkel and the owner said its the best on the island. The island is amazing, the people, the weather and the food are all first-rate. "This place was great. It has a great location, super easy private beach access walking distance to super market. The place was very spacious great for families. Very well stocked for those traveling with little ones they had a high chair and pack-play. One of the bathrooms had a 2-1 seat where they had a potty seat for the kids. Everything was high end. The staff was amazing. I will def rebook next time we visit."

"Our first visit back since Covid. Still love Cayman Reef Resort - the location on SMB can't be beat. All our favorite restaurants - plus a couple new ones - make it easy to enjoy delicious meals with little effort. We appreciated the upgrades made to the Condo since our last visit and hope to be back again next year."

"The beach and lagoon are gorgeous. It was convenient to have the little restaurant at the pool for quick snacks. The condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and in a convenient location. WiFi and aircon worked great Unfortunately the grounds of Sunset Cove were not kept up well and could use an upgrade. The pools and bar area were surrounded by cracked concrete just like the parking lot. There were many dead plants and foliage all around the complex."

"The property was perfect for our beach vacation. We rented a car for our restaurant outings, but we were able to walk to lunch and shopping. We enjoyed evenings on the deck. We used the kitchen for breakfast and heating up our leftovers. Having 3 bathrooms was perfect for us, and having a washer and dryer was so convenient! Best of all, the beach was absolute perfection! This was our first family VRBO booking, and it won’t be our last!"

"We really enjoyed the space at this unit. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen made it feel like home. We loved the walkout to the pool and how easy it was to access the beautiful beach. Hosts were very responsive and helpful-offering suggestions activities and restaurants. The suite was well stocked with all necessities. We found a selection of novels under the tv (if you forget to bring a book)."

"Home was perfect, had everything you would need for a stay. Beach was semi private, shared between complex, but never had issue with chairs or room. When we arrived was disappointed with view, palm trees on beach obstructed view to water. That opinion changed the next day about 10:30am. Sun is hot and we moved chairs under palm leaves. "We had a great time here. We loved how quiet it was . Maid service was excellent! Close to the beach. We had enough kitchen pots and pans to make breakfast with and enjoy it on the beach. The only thing I did not like it was we saw there were a lot of chairs being reserved and nobody at them. I know it’s not you. It’s a problem everywhere. We love the Cayman Islands and your place we definitely will consider coming back to the Cayman Islands, and if we do, we will definitely stay with you "

"This stay couldn’t have been more perfect! The condo was immaculate and right on the water. Beautiful property with lots of amenities, but truly my favorite part was waking up and walking immediately onto the beach front. The condo was pristine upon arrival and throughout services and the hospitality was top notch. Would love to escape to this piece of paradise again! Couldn’t recommend enough. "

"There is no beach at the property, but you can still snorkel. The units and pool were clean and nice. The gym is extremely small and the one treadmill there was not working. I told the repair man several days in a row but it was never fixed. But, overall it was a very nice property. Rent a car so you can drive to the public beach."
