“Great area of Florence”
Really nice hotel. A little difficult to find because it's in a residential apartment building. But the staff was very friendly and very helpful. It was in a great location. Close to anything worth seeing in Florence. Nice hotel and breakfast was good with a nice view of the city.
“Best Hotel for Discount Price!!!”
Hotel Panorama was one of the most amazing parts of our stay in Florence. We stayed in room #16 [which I think had a lot to do with it]. It is their largest room with high ceilings and has it's own terrace with breakfast nook that overlooks the duomo. Our view was amazing. Small black sparrows flew over our balcony every morning and sang songs. It was magical. The hotel was clean and the staff was polite. The breakfast was very good and overall we had a wonderful stay.
“Great hotel for a good price”
This hotel was a pretty good stay for our 2 nights. The hotel is on the 2nd floors and up. There is a narrow elevator that we fit 3 people and 2 carry on bags in. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful and speaks English. We walked from the train station in 10-15 minutes which was nice. The hotel is in a good location, not far from most of the sights. The room was clean and a good size with new windows. The breakfast room on the top floor had a great view, the breakfast was not amazing, but suitable enough to fill me up with juice and croissants. There was an A/C unit in the room along with a TV that had a decent amount of stations. The only problem I had was with the bathroom. The shower stall area was small and a shower curtain is used on the open 2 side which makes it even smaller inside, and hard not to hit while showers and pull open. The shower didn't drain quickly at all and near the end I had to turn the shower off while I finished washing so the water didn't overflow onto the floor. That was a minor issue and the only one really for the whole place. Shampoo, Soap, and Bodywash are provided also in the bathroom. I thought this was a great hotel. They let us leave our luggage by the desk before we checked in and when we came back, they had already moved our luggage to our room which was nice. I would recommend this hotel to others and would stay here again if I need a place in Florence again.
“Great Staff”
I left my cell phone in the taxi and told the receptionist. She was very nice and went above and beyond to help me find it. She called all the taxi companies and gave me suggestions. A couple found my phone and the staff helped me arrange a meeting place and gave us a map to show us where to go. The view from our room and the breakfast room was great. The hotel is a little old but the location was fantastic. You didn't have to walk far to get somewhere.
“Good value for money”
Nice hotel located in the center of the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Balcony with view of the center of Florence. Can recomend this hotel to anyone going to Florence.

“Four nights in Florence”
The Hotel Panorama is very convenient both for the main station and all the sights of Florence. The hotel were very helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast adequate for our needs. If you want a very reasonably priced hotel in the centre of Florence don't look further than Hotel Panorama.
“Spectacular views”
Very nice stay. The hotel is in a convenient location and we had a room with a spectacular view on the fourth floor. Breakfast is included in the stay, it's basic but satisfactory. Hotel staff was helpful.
“A friendly small hotel”
The hotel was well located, away from the crowded centre but easily within walking distance of the main piazzas and streets. My room had a wonderful view toward the Duomo. The staff were really friendly and helpful even when my flight was delayed and I arrived in the early hours of the morning. The only minor fault was that the shower wasn't very strong, more of a trickle, but everything else was satisfactory.
