“Good value, modern hotel with friendly helpful staff”

Stayed for 4 nights with 4 friends - the hotel employees were very friendly and helpful sorting out ticket reservations, maps and train times. Had an evening meal in the restaurant - the food was good and the waitress was a delight. The hotel is a bit of a walk into town when you're going there and back twice a day and strolling round the town but at least you get to walk off all the wonderful Italian food and drink! There are plenty of restaurants near by. I'd definitely stay there again. Don't forget to check out the views from the hotel roof.

“Warm Welcome - Friendly Staff”

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the AC Firenze in May 2011. The staff on reception couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They managed to track down a charger for my mobile phone as I'd forgotten to bring mine with me and booked tickets for the Uffizzi without any fuss or delay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the mini bar was free and re-stocked on a daily basis. Although, It would have been nice to have the option of tea and coffee in the room as well. The choice of food in the hotel restaurant was rather limited but we discovered quite a few small local restaurants close to the hotel which seemed to be frequented by the locals and were reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation in recommending the AC Firenze to anyone visiting Florence and would definitely stay there again.

“rapport qualité:prix imbattable!”

Hôtel très recent et design. Personnel ne parlant trop français mais jeune et très serviable. Parking privée gratuit et fermé L'hotel ce trouve à 15 minute à pied de la gare d'où parte tous les bus touristique de visite de la ville. Un service de location de vélo serait bien.

“A conseiller vivement =”

Très commode pour un séjour avec voiture : un parking privatif en sous sol où l'on peut laisser la voiture pendant le séjour et circuler à pieds. 20/25 mn à pied (sans marcher vite) du centre historique. Seul bémol : mal desservi par les transports en communs, mais vu les travaux d'installation du tramway à proximité, cela devrait bientôt changer...

“Hotel tres moderne et d'un rapport qualité prix imbattable!! Deco tres design.”

Rapport qualite prix exceptionnel pour un 4etoiles j'y retourne des que possible. Petit dejeuner et parking compris!! Proche du centre historique, on fait tout a pied, c'est l'ideal. Deco tres Philip Starck pour ceux qui aiment, tres chic et tres propre. Personnel tres souriant et accueillant, un sejour tres reussi dans cette belle ville de Florence! Je conseille sans detours!!

“hotel a recommander.Nous y retournerons”

Hotel situè dans un endroit trés calme.Propreté irréprochable,chambre trés confortable bien agencée,salle de bain parfaite.le personnel est trés acceuillant et serviable.Meme le parking de l'hotel est particulierement propre.on est a 10-15 minutes du centre ville a pieds.Etablissement à recommander!

“Would definitely book there again!”

Although AC Firenze is not in the centre of town it is only about a 15 minute walk from the train station. It looks very new and very upscale. The rooms were lovely and everyone was very friendly at reception. Breakfast was great and they had a free mini bar in the room. They had some soft drinks and plenty of water. The fitness room was very good as well. The only problem we had was with the air con but they gave us a new room and the air con in there was much better.

“excellent hotel proche du centre à pied equivalent à un 4 étoiles francais.”

hotel de qualité supérieure avec un petit dej sous forme de buffet tres correct son emplacement est à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique,Son parking gratuit est appréciable car il est quasi impossible de se garer à florence centre.Les chambres sont spacieuses et trés propres avec une immense baignoire,déco moderne style lounge.Hotel que nous recommandons.
