"I was pleased about the staff, they were friendly and helpful. But some of the equipment in my room did not work. The remote no matter what did not work, some of the channels on the cable/satellite had no sound, the clock was not working. I was pleased about the breakfast ticket, going to Reagan's is a very good idea. "

"We stayed at this location for our trip to Dollywood to be away from the tourist traffic yet still close enough to drive. The room was very clean even though this establishment allows pets to stay for free. They indicated the indoor pool was heated but it was colder than expected. There was no continental breakfast offered, just coffee. There was a mini frig and microwave in the room that kept our snacks fresh and drinks cold. "Super clean, recently renovated, my only complaint was the door security is not so great and needs weather stripping around the doors to hear less noise from outside, and no iron or ironing board. Little pricey for having no breakfast or other amenities, but over all I just needed a decent place to stay the night."
