"We came for the Ironman. I was a little concerned about this hotel because a few of the reviews weren’t great. However our experience was amazing. At check in, Harry was warm and inviting. He explained why there was a $15 parking fee. (This is a property in the middle of a city and the fee helps pay for cameras.) Our room was brand new and the pool was small but nice. For dinner, we walked to the near by Public House which was amazing. "

"Everything was great except the breakfast. They had a good selection of food but all of the "hot" food was cold. We ate about 8:30 am. Not only was it uneatable but there is real concern for food poisoning of food not held at high enough temperatures. We notified the staff but there was no response or apology. "

"Front desk guest services for great. The room was nice and clean but the bed was not as comfortable and new, more firm pillows. There needs to be more lighting in the room (@ least in the room I was in) Breakfast was decent. Overall, my stay was good."
