"The family king suite layout should have been flipped. Nothing like walking into the bedroom area to get to the living room area. No stair access to the lobby, stairs dump you outside. Shower curtain had mold on it. Bathroom wallpaper was poorly repaired."

"This was such a great place to bring our kids! The staff was friendly, the water park was great and the location is convenient to area attractions. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the tv remotes didn’t work very well, but overall we absolutely loved it. Would definitely come back!"

"Overall this is a nice property however it seems like they have cut down on staffing. The front desk seemed understaffed during our check in and and check out times. I’ve noticed the restroom facilities haven’t been kept up. There were several paper towel machines inoperable and a couple of patrons had to switch sinks because something wasn’t working. The restaurant staff definitely seemed lacking, only a couple of servers for a large amount of tables which in turn led to long serving times and...
