"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change.
Thank you for having us!"
"Staff is very friendly and helpful. They checked us in much earlier than they had to because they knew we just arrived on an overnight flight. We really appreciated that. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Great location, 5 min walk to Gloucester Station, 10 - 15 minute walk to museums, etc."
"Great location, just a few minutes walk to the subway and Earls court road has restaurants and shops .
The hotel could use a makeover to earn better ratings.
Convenient free breakfast."

"We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year."

A wonderful hotel-near London’s Paddington Station
"We had hoped for a room with a bathtub and a pretty view and that is exactly what we had, and more!! Everyone was so helpful at the front desk: they helped us get a cab to the airport the next day, they held our luggage while we ate breakfast, they were so friendly in very real ways. Wonderful!!"
